A portal of the Van Buuren Groep company, assisting in the wholesale of construction tools and equipment. It provides the necessary information and allows ordering, or viewing documents related to sales.

Description:

The portal is devoted to the Van Buuren Groep company operating on the market of wholesale of construction tools and equipment. The company has branch offices located throughout the Netherlands.

The Challenge:

The Client of Edition 1 requested creation of a portal that will provide access to information for its existing and prospective customers.

The Solution:

Several pages, fulfilling various requirements of the company, were created, including the most important ones:

  • Van Buuren - a showcase of the company, presenting information related to the company itself, its operation, branch offices, product catalogue etc.
  • Mijn Van Buuren - intended for the customers of the company, provides the capability for, but not limited to: user management, placing orders in the Internet store, and viewing documents (e.g. invoices).
  • e-APi - this site is adresssed to people using e-APi (one of Van Buuren's programs). It is mostly a helpcenter. Thanks to the FAQ, people can find a lot answers about e-APi product. Subsite: e-api.nl.
  • e-factuur - this site is using for updating Van Buuren's customers's databases. Subsite: e-factuur.nu.
  • catalogus - Van Buuren offers a lot of products. On catalogus.van-buuren.com people can find the catalog of products. They are sorted by groups of categories and alphabetically. People can find all the necessary details about products which are interesting for them.
