Python Software House - a team of enthusiasts and professionals

Our company is all about people. We are trying to make a team of people loving what they do, simply - a team of enthusiasts. Most of our projects is implemented in Python and we are coding in this language because we want to, not because we have to. Therefore, every one of us is a fan of Python. Also a few existing frameworks such as the Zope makes things even easier. Our motto is: "We do not have to know all programming languages, but in Python, Zope and Plone we are the best."

STX Next's primary goal is providing web-based services and support mainly based on Plone, Zope and Python. We believe that today the Internet and Open Source solutions are an indispensable element for a modern company. Our mission is to support and assist those companies from the beginning to make the very best use of available technologies, in particular CMS systems in its activities.

We are aware that more than just a single action is required to succeed. Creation of the desired image among Internet users is a continuous process, so cooperation with customers is always a long-term and oriented to the continued impact and success.

Spreading Plone, Zope and Python

We want not only to provide the highest quality of service, but also create community around technologies, which we use every day. Therefore, part of our mission is to participate in community life, mainly Plone and Zope Community. We are participating in sprints, creating new Open Source modules and translating into English existing products and, above all, maintain and develop the portal http://www.plone.org.pl and mailing list plone-pl@lists.plone.org.

A place where you would love to work

Ongoing development is essential part of company's mission. We are following the Google way, the company in which everyone would love to work. Although we are aware that it is impossible to immediately become second Google, we know where we are heading. People is what counts above all. Step by step we are improving our company to become more staff friendly. What we've already managed to achieve:

• Anyone who works with us for a few months has a laptop (choice of brand and type is given, lastly Thinkpad t61p).

• Pump-driven espresso machine has been bought becuse of developers' request.

• Company provides beverages, coffee, tea, biscuits.
• Lunch - every day external catering company provides lunches for each employee.
• Team-building event such as paintball (photos)
